From a tender age, Christopher nurtured a deep curiosity for the analysis and comprehension of human behavior. This innate inquisitiveness blossomed further during his tenure at the University of Curaçao, where he discovered his inherent calling to engage with people. Christopher commenced his journey by offering motivational guidance and support to his family and friends on a voluntary basis. Concurrently, he embarked on intensive research exploring the intricacies of human behavior and how individual qualities can influence an entire system.

Throughout his student years, Christopher actively sought opportunities to gain experience and knowledge by engaging in diverse volunteer projects involving direct interaction with individuals. As he concluded his studies and attained a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, armed with the wisdom and expertise he acquired, he realized that corporate coaching was the perfect profession to merge his passions and skills. This realization proved to be a monumental step, as Christopher discovered immense joy in witnessing people's growth and progress.

During his personal journey, Christopher unearthed various aspects of himself that he yearned to share with others. His lifelong dream and passion culminated in the establishment of his own practice, CDW CARE, where he provides invaluable services that address the unmet needs of individuals. Christopher firmly believes in the interconnectedness of humanity, embodying the philosophy that "If you are, I am."
